Understanding Inspector Powers
TThis self-directed eLearning course will introduce ROEB inspectors to the four most common inspector powers – the power to enter, the power to request assistance, the power to examine and sample, and the power to seize and detain. Learners will learn how to use their powers in a regulatory setting, with an emphasis on reasonable grounds. This course is the fourth in a series of five prerequisite courses for Foundations of Inspection and Regulation. This is the recommended order for these prerequisite courses: 1.
