Information Management for Employees
This course is designed to help employees at Health Canada (HC) and the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) effectively manage information. The learning objectives include recognizing employees' roles and responsibilities in information management, differentiating between information of business value (IBV) and transitory information, and applying the information life cycle to their work. The course takes approximately 120 to 180 minutes to complete.

Information Management for Managers
This course is designed to help you, as a manager, develop approaches and skills to effectively manage information. You will also learn how the information life cycle relates to your work; how to differentiate between information of business value (IBV) and transitory information; and how to choose an appropriate course of action for processing the information that you create or is in your care.
