This interactive e-learning course will introduce you to the Health Canada/Public Health Agency of Canada Functional Classification Standard - a system for arranging all of the organization’s business value information according to structured business processes. This is a brief two module course designed to increase your awareness of the Standard, as well as improve and harmonize the manner in which you classify and organize the information you handle. Learners will discover why effective communication skills are essential in the regulatory environment. This course provides the solid theoretical foundation required to participate in Tactical Communications for Inspectors. Participants must print out their own documents and bring them to the course. ***All participants are expected to bring a copy of the Act (s) they enforce. Please note: You are required to attend a minimum of 85% of the course in order to receive your certificate of completion.
