The Reconnecting with our Sense of Wellbeing course will speak on the transition back to the workplace and the shift in work culture, experienced since the onset of the pandemic. The session will include current research in workplace psychology to help organizations understand these changes at the individual, team, and organizational levels. Employees will also learn how organizations and individuals can both manage these changes and turn them to their advantage and find motivation in times of stress.

This two-hour interactive hybrid session will allow participants to share and discuss the triggers that can cause stress in a supportive environment. Through a facilitated dialogue, participants will gain greater insight into what stress is and the various strategies that can help them manage their health. The event will be held at 269 Laurier Ave West in the Learning Center on the 7th floor, 7-086.

Through explanations, suggestions, examples and exercises, this course is designed to give new reviewers within the Health Products and Food Branch (HPFB) an overview of the regulatory framework for the review of human drugs and medical devices. Throughout this course, users will learn about the basics of the regulatory framework. Acts and Regulations will not be discussed in detail in this course.
