Tobacco and Vaping Products Act
This self-directed course will provide you with foundational knowledge and will introduce you to key concepts and principles that will assist you in your role as a designated Tobacco and Vaping Compliance and Enforcement Program (TVCEP) inspector. This course has been designed and developed by the Tobacco and Vaping Compliance and Enforcement Program (TVCEP) and the Tobacco Control Directorate (TCD) in collaboration with the National Learning Unit (NLU). This is a pre-designation course that is mandatory for all new TVCEP inspectors as per the Certification standards for the TVPA. There is a formal assessment at the end of this course. Learners have two attempts to achieve the minimum passing mark of 75%.

TPD Clinical Trial Application Processes for New Drugs

Understanding Inspector Powers
This self-directed eLearning course will introduce ROEB inspectors to the four most common inspector powers – the power to enter, the power to request assistance, the power to examine and sample, and the power to seize and detain. Learners will learn how to use their powers in a regulatory setting, with an emphasis on reasonable grounds.
