All employees are responsible for acquiring, maintaining and applying the knowledge, skills and competencies required to deliver on the corporate priorities of Health Canada (HC) and the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC).
Learning priorities for HC and PHAC include, but are not limited to:

Mandatory and recommended learning consists of online (self-paced) and virtual learning activities and modules that are offered by the Canada School of Public Service and by the Corporate Services Branch via myLEARNING.
The following learning activities are mandatory for employees of Health Canada and the Public Health Agency of Canada. Training hours are approximations, and the actual duration can vary based on several factors, including specific roles, responsibilities, and the type of training required.
