• HR-to-Pay for Managers (COR137) - 4 hours / CSPS. **Managers who complete COR137 are exempt from FON308.

People and Wellness

• Values and Ethics Foundations for Managers (FON302) 2 hours / CSPS. Managers who complete FON302 are exempt from FON301.

• Understanding the Employment Equity Act (INC108) 1 hour / CSPS

Performance Management

• Performance Management for the Government of Canada (COR109) 1.5 hours / CSPS

Prevention of Harassment and Violence and OHS

• Preventing Harassment and Violence in the Workplace for Managers and Health and Safety Committees (WMT102) 1 hour / CSPS (expires every 3 years)

Unconscious Bias

• Inclusive Hiring Practices for a Diverse Workforce (COR120) 2 hours / CSPS
