Description

This Information Session will help you gain a concrete understanding of Conflict of Interest (COI) issues and provide you with information and guidance with regards to the COI process, which derives from the Public Health Agency of Canada’s/Health Canada's Values and Ethics Code. The session includes case scenarios to facilitate group discussions on situations of COI that may arise as part of your responsibilities as a public servant.

At the end of the session, you will be able to recognize COI situations, identify your obligations as an employee, and have in hand tools and resources that are available to help you meeting your COI obligations

Note:

  • You will receive the invite and documents the day before the scheduled session. Please block off your calendar to ensure you are available for the session.
  • There is a minimum registration requirement for the sessions to take place (20 for English sessions and 15 for French sessions). If the session you registered for needs to be cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email from the COI Office.
