• Results-Based Management & the Policy on Results (2016)

• Key concepts of PM and their importance to PHAC

• How PM connects to your daily work and supports program improvement

• Outputs, outcomes, indicators, and how logic models link to PHAC’s Mandate

• Criteria for stronger performance indicators and key concepts how to set them

This course includes key information on performance measurement along with interactive elements, knowledge checks, and a final test to assess your understanding of the material.
