Description

This interactive e-learning course will provide Health Canada and Public Health Agency of Canada employees with an introduction and overview of the Delegation of Financial Signing Authorities document and Matrix.

The intent of this course is to increase the reader’s knowledge regarding:

• the use of the Delegation of Financial Signing Authorities document and Matrix;
• the roles and responsibilities of stakeholders related to financial signing authorities, and how those authorities are delegated and exercised; and
• the hierarchy of financial policy instruments and their impact on financial management.
