Description
This interactive e-learning course is tailored for Health Canada and Public Health Agency of Canada employees, offering a thorough introduction to the departmental Delegation of Spending and Financial Authorities (DSFA) Instrument.
Through six modules, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the DSFA components, refresh their knowledge of basic delegated spending and financial authorities, and learn to navigate essential tools such as the DSFA Chart, Table of Equivalent Positions, and specimen signature cards. Each module builds on the previous one, ensuring a seamless and cohesive learning experience.
The course also covers other delegation instruments, providing a holistic view of the departmental delegation instruments. By the end of the course, employees will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to confidently navigate and utilize the departmental DSFA instrument in their roles.
