The goal of this eLearning course is to provide Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) employees with spending and financial authorities with a solid understanding of the requirements outlined within the Financial Accountability Framework (FA Framework) so that they may fully and properly execute their accountabilities. This includes the appropriate vision and context for probity, prudence, and transparency in financial, investment, and integrated procurement management of public resources across all PHAC programs.
