The Data Learning Path is a structured training program designed to equip employees with the knowledge and skills necessary to confidently work with data. This program supports the department’s ongoing efforts to foster a data-driven culture by providing employees with the tools to effectively collect, analyze, and apply data in decision-making processes.

This course is recommended for employees across all levels and roles who seek to enhance their data literacy, whether they are new to working with data or looking to refine advanced analytical skills.

The Data Learning Path organizes training into three proficiency levels:

• Foundational - designed for beginners and those curious about working with data.

• Intermediate - for those who have a solid grasp of foundational data knowledge and wish to enhance their ability to analyze and process data.

• Advanced - designed for experts and data coaches who need to tackle complex problems using data.
