This virtual, in-class session uses interactive examples to demonstrate how to respond to search assessments and record retrievals when completing an Access to Information (ATI) request.

Topics include:

• Overview of the Access to Information Act and Privacy Act
• The two-step tasking process at HC - Search Assessments and Record Retrievals
• Roles and responsibilities for responding to ATI requests
• Activities to practice responding to search assessments and record retrievals
