Description
The science competency for employees of Health Canada and the Public Health Agency of Canada consists of the practical application and sharing of scientific principles and knowledge in the course of an employee’s work. Critical thinking skills related to the timely integration of scientific principles or scientific/technical knowledge into policy, program, guidance and regulatory initiatives are an essential part of evidence-informed decision-making.
