Description

This interactive training helps to understand the importance of providing clear and constructive feedback and presents an effective feedback technique that addresses performance or behaviours that do not meet what is expected, without attacking the integrity of the person. It also includes the importance of receiving feedback in a positive, open and curious manner to be able to have a constructive discussion.

This session will cover topics like:

 • Understanding the importance of giving clear and constructive feedback;

 • Techniques and best practices when it comes to feedback;

 • Interpersonal skills when giving and receiving feedback.

MS Teams link will be sent to participants with invitation a few days before session.

30 minute lunch break included in the 4 hour session.
