PHAC’s Project Risk Management online, self-paced e-learning course provides an overview of project risk management at the Agency. Over the course of an hour, you can learn about how to:

• apply risk management principles to your projects;

• create risk statements and maintain a project risk register;

• identify, quantify, categorize, prioritize and manage project risks; and,

• support risk monitoring and reporting plans requested by PHAC’s Corporate Project Management Office (CPMO); and,

• adhere to the PHAC Project Risk Management Methodology.
