Welcome to the Managers' Orientation! This module was designed to better equip our new HC and PHAC non-EX managers and supervisors for their roles. This 90-minute virtual session aims to establish a solid foundation of knowledge and leadership skills while aligning our new managers with the organization’s culture and expectations.

The objectives of the orientation are to:

• Encourage reflection on leadership strengths and growth areas,
• Introduce key training opportunities and internal support services, and
• Help managers understand key policies and apply them to their roles.
