Managers and employees will soon begin the mid-year review period for the 2026–27 Performance and Talent Management (PMTM) cycle. This important milestone helps assess progress toward performance objectives and core competencies.
To support you through the process, the PMTM team is hosting an information session. We’ll share practical tips, walk through key steps, clarifying the assessment process, and answer your questions to help make the review process clear and manageable.
All mid-year reviews must be completed in the Public Service Performance Management (PSPM) application by October 31, 2026.
