This interactive workshop focuses on Accommodation discussions, specifically related to the duty to accommodate on medical grounds (medical condition, injury or disability). This session will strengthen your ability to effectively lead workplace accommodation discussions with empathy and curiosity. Through guided discussion and practical application, managers will learn how to frame and initiate accommodation conversations, apply a barrier focused mindset, and use available tools to support respectful, productive dialogue.
