This learning activity will take you through the year-end process. It will explain how to prepare for and schedule performance and talent management conversations and how to provide fair and credible assessments and performance ratings; the steps to take to ensure a productive discussion including, how to deliver feedback and how to support and motivate your employees; it will explain how to evaluate your employees and how to effectively document your discussions; and, finally, will outline the resources that you can access when you need some help along the way.
Upon completion, you will be able to:

- Schedule the conversation;
- Understand the steps required to evaluate and rating employee performance;
