Description

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: This is not a mandatory course to obtain your acquisition card.

Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:

• Describe the various commitment procedures related to Acquisition Cards (funds pre-commitments, card documents and Payment documents);
• Create, Change and Display these various commitment documents;
• Describe how the Acquisition Card process works in SAP; and
• Describe how to deal with the reconciliation and printing of the monthly Acquisition Card statement in SAP.
