Description
This training provides participants with an overview of the P2P process for CCM and CCA users delivered via an online session.
Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:
- describe the new P2P-CCM/CCA business process;
- review how to verify and approve invoices within the SAP Portal;
- learn how to view and attach documents and notes within the SAP Portal;
- familiarize yourself with some frequently asked questions; and
- navigate through SAP FIRMS help documentation.
