Description
Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:
- Describe the rationale for using this new tool and the key benefits;
- Create and maintain the IT Request user defaults for the shopping cart and describe the benefits of using this feature;
- Create an IT Request for catalog items, such as a second laptop or monitor, software license, portable storage device, etc. and for non-catalog items such as professional services, hardware and software maintenance, etc.;
- Modify or delete an existing request and resolve a rejected request;
- Describe the different levels of approval required to fulfill a request;
- Run the IT Request Workflow Report to view submitted requests and their statuses; and
- Navigate through SAP FIRMS help documentation.
