Description

During this online course, participants will receive an overview of the acquisition card process, and get a better understanding of the transactions and steps used to complete the reconciliation of the Acquisition Card statement.

Upon completion of this course, you will be able to create, Change, Display and Report on

• Describe the various commitment procedures related to Acquisition Cards (funds pre-commitments, card documents and payment documents);
• Create, change and display these various commitment documents;
• Describe how the Acquisition Card process works in SAP;
• Describe how to deal with the reconciliation and printing of the monthly Acquisition Card statement in SAP; and
• Navigate through SAP FIRMS help documentation.
