The course provides a detailed walkthrough of the department’s project management requirements related to:

• Roles, responsibilities and governance

• Project approvals and required authorities

• Project management lifecycles by project size, risk and complexity

• Gating

• Cost estimation and funding

• Project reporting and oversight

• Project management processes

Each of the nine modules concludes with a review and short quiz.  The course also includes a global quiz with a comprehensive set of questions covering topics from all modules.
