This supplementary module is designed specifically for Health Canada’s Financial Management Advisors (FMAs). It builds on the foundational knowledge acquired in Module 1: Applying the DPMF, which must be completed prior to enrolling in this module.

Participants will delve into the unique roles and responsibilities of FMAs within the context of Health Canada's Project Management Framework (DPMF), focusing on best practices for financial oversight and compliance with Treasury Board (TB) policies. The module consists of three interconnected units, culminating in a final assessment, allowing participants to progress sequentially through the material.
