Description
This course is designed to introduce users of the SAP Forecasting system to the tools and processes related to preparing and entering a Financial Situation Report (FSR).
Learning Objectives:
1. Detail SAP Forecasting and its purpose
2. Review changes between MRS web app and SAP Analytics and Forecasting
3. Detail CCA (Cost Center Administrators) /CCM (Cost Centre Managers) roles and responsibilities
4. Describe the process for obtaining financial reports
5. Detail how to perform a preliminary review of:
a. Operations & Maintenance (O&M) forecast
b. Salary forecast
c. Grants and Contributions (G&C) forecast
6. Detail how to prepare the FSR for final approval
7. Review the documentation retention regulations
