Description
This course is designed to help you, as a manager, develop approaches and skills to effectively manage information. You will also learn how the information life cycle relates to your work; how to differentiate between information of business value (IBV) and transitory information; and how to choose an appropriate course of action for processing the information that you create or is in your care. The course takes approximately 120 to 180 minutes to complete.
