Description

This module covers inventions, inventors and what the Public Servants Inventions Act means in practice. We go through the questions in the mandatory Form 1 and highlight some factors that influence the decision to protect an invention. The Office of Intellectual Property Management and Business Development (OIPMBD) can support this process every step of the way.
