This self-paced eLearning module will support your learning so that you can be in compliance with your responsibilities as outlined in the HC and PHAC Workplace Harassment and Violence Prevention Policies, and the HC and PHAC Resolution of Work Place Harassment and Violence Directives.
This HC and PHAC eLearning module is part of the mandatory Learning Path for Workplace Harassment and Violence Prevention (WHVP).
This eLearning module complements, but does not repeat the content of the pre-requisite courses from the Canada School of the Public Service: WMT101 and WMT102.
TOPICS INCLUDE:
- Identifying the respective roles and responsibilities involved in the response to and prevention of harassment and violence at HC and PHAC.
- Evaluating responses and anticipating outcomes for the parties involved in four workplace scenarios.
- Identifying when and how to initiate a notice of occurrence.
- Exploring linkages between harassment and violence, discrimination and mental health.
