- Understanding what EI is and the impact it can have both personally and professionally for individuals
- Distinguishing between IQ and EQ
- Exploring the 15 core EI competencies of the Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-I 2.0)
- Learning how behaviours relate to each EI competency
