This interactive session will provide participants with an overview of Emotional Intelligence (EI), and how it can improve their interactions in the workplace. It is designed for managers and employees to recognize their current abilities, and build skills.

TOPICS INCLUDE 

•  Understanding what EI is and the impact it can have both personally and professionally for individuals
•  Distinguishing between IQ and EQ
•  Exploring the 15 core EI competencies of the Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-I 2.0)
•  Learning how behaviours  relate to each EI competency
