Description

The start of a new year is a perfect time to nurture new, positive habits. Let’s embrace this opportunity and set the stage for a fresh start in 2024.

Please join us on January 25, 2024, as we explore setting and achieving meaningful goals.

This session will provide an opportunity to revisit the three secrets to improving your health as presented by Lise Hamilton-Carrière during our November Listening Session. It will also allow you to share your experiences, both successes and challenges with your colleagues as you look at ways to setting, committing and achieving SMART goals.

 

Please come prepared to discuss the following questions:

 

1. In what sphere of your life do you want to set a goal: health habits, relationships, work, finances or personal interests?

2. What is your main objective in setting this goal and how will you measure your success?

3. What tools, apps or resources have helped stay on track when setting goals?

 

Since this is an opportunity for colleagues to engage in discussion and exchange ideas, we’ve decided to limit the session to 50 participants.
