Description
This session will highlight the Centre for Ombuds, Resolution and Ethic’s Constructive Conversation Series, a self-paced tool to prepare for, and engage in, meaningful and respectful dialogue. In addition to the overview of the elements of a constructive conversation, the session will provide a forum for individual reflection, some discussion and an overview of resources available to all employees.
