CSCB Accessible series Workshop 2 – PowerPoint Accessibility workshop.

In this workshop, we will go over how to make PowerPoint documents accessible. We will cover the following:

• Accessible charts and graphs.

• Accessible font size.

• Accessible reading order.

• Accessible slide titles.

• Using the slide master.

• Accessible screen sharing.

• Ensuring videos are accessible.

FG338 is a recommended pre-requisite for this session. FG338 is critical to staff understanding accessibility, and how their everyday actions affect people with different accommodation needs in a positive, or negative, way.
