Description

Practical Tools for 2SLGBTQI-Inclusive Workplaces is a 2SLGBTQI allyship training program delivered by Egale Canada. It is comprised of an online self study module and a live webinar designed to provide participants already familiar with 2SLGBTQI concepts with the tools, knowledge and resources to foster a 2SLGBTQI-inclusive workplace. By the end of this training program, participants will be able to:

- Recognize and effectively address workplace bias incidents or structures impacting 2SLGBTQI people and families; and

- Use methods and strategies to strengthen individual and organizational 2SLGBTQI allyship practices.
