In this learning session, we will cover the following:

• Asking participants about accessibility needs.
• Venue accessibility.
• Providing accessibility services/logistical info (sign language, captioning).
• Providing materials in advance.
• Interacting with participants accessibly.

FG338 is a recommended pre-requisite. FG338 is critical to staff understanding accessibility, and how their everyday actions affect people with different accommodation needs in a positive, or negative, way.
