What is the Journey to Inclusion?
The Journey to Inclusion aims to create a productive culture where every voice is valued, every perspective is respected, and all employees feel they belong.
On this journey you will experience increased self awareness related to inclusion and interpersonal connection to make our workplace more welcoming, and empowering for everyone.
You will receive:
• Short weekly articles related to inclusion, such as equity, diversity and social justice;
• Tips, tools and other resources to increase inclusion;
• Periodic invitations to workshops on related topics which allow the opportunity for deeper discussion.
