Join the Employee Assistance Program for an exclusive webinar where participants will have the opportunity to explore two e-learning platforms available through LifeSpeak Inc.

LifeSpeak Mental Health and Resilience offers over 1,600 expert-led videos, blog posts, guided meditations, tip sheets and webchats on many wellness themes to support all individuals.

Topics include:

• Mental health, resilience and mindfulness
• Physical health
• Relationships, parenting and caregiving
• Financial health
• Diversity, equity and inclusion
• Personal and professional development

Torchlight Parenting and Caregiving offers guides, worksheets, check lists and live webinars specifically geared to parents and caregivers.

Torchlight offers a customizable experience with two modules:

Caregiving for children

• Topic examples: Behaviour challenges and positive behavior supports, friendships and social skills, screen time and social media, advocating for a child with special needs, etc.

Caregiving for seniors

• Topic examples: arranging services, finding resources and housing options, elder abuse and neglect, financial planning, family dynamics, etc.
