Description

All ROEB managers and supervisors are invited to join this virtual, interactive dialogue on equity, diversity, inclusion and accessibility in our workplace.

Together, we will explore opportunities and challenges in the D&I space and work to better understand barriers and biases employees face in areas such as hiring, retention, career development and overall inclusion in the workplace. In this session we will also focus on what you need as managers and supervisors in helping to support employees and build an inclusive work environment.

Through your lived experiences we will identify needs, gaps, and opportunities to improve and support a culture where everyone feels valued, heard, and empowered.

The conversations will be confidential, and no comments will be attributed to any individual.

The outcome of our discussions will be used to identify key areas where we need to make changes or introduce new initiatives that will work for you.
