All ROEB managers and supervisors who identify as members of an equity deserving group, including Indigenous persons, persons with disabilities, racialized persons, 2SLGBTQIA+, are invited to share their lived and living experiences in dedicated Listening Sessions.
In this safe space, we will continue the conversation about diversity, inclusion and accessibility in our workplace and identify what works well and where there is room for improvement.
The conversations will be confidential, and no comments will be attributed to any individual. The outcome of our discussions will be used to identify key areas where we need to make changes or introduce new initiatives which will work for you.
