Description

Performing a Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) is not simply “ticking a box” on a form - SEA is a key tool to support environmentally sustainable decision making. When developing a proposal for which the Public Health Agency of Canada will be seeking Ministerial or Cabinet approval, the SEA evaluates environmental effects and integrates environmental considerations, alongside social and economic considerations, early in the proposal’s development.
