Building on knowledge gained in the mandatory Emergency Management and Public Health course, you will follow David and Michelle as they delve deeper into the world of emergency management and explore PHAC’s involvement in response activities. Find out what authorities and obligations PHAC has to respond to public health emergencies, as well as when and why we might use an incident management structure (IMS) to support a public health response. This course is step 2 in getting you emergency-response ready!
