This video is the second of three sessions where we identify and apply emergency management plans and policies to fictional emergency and disaster scenarios. Unfortunately, we sometimes live in a world where not all emergency events are accidental. This session will explore the relevant emergency management plans and documents that can help guide us in responding to a fictional bioterrorism event that includes multiple federal and provincial/territorial partners.
