Description

This full day virtual session (completed over 2, 3 hour sessions) explores managerial oral communication skills in support of constructive dialogues during difficult conversations at work. From learning about the structure of difficult conversations, to practising new communication skills, to becoming aware of how you handle your emotions during interpersonal exchanges, are some of the topics covered during this practical session.

There will be one bilingual session running on 24 and 25 Sept 2024. The session will take place from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. EDT each day. Participants are expected to attend both sessions.
