Description

This full day virtual session (completed over 2, 3 hour sessions) explores managerial oral communication skills in support of constructive dialogues during difficult conversations at work. From learning about the structure of difficult conversations, to practising new communication skills, to becoming aware of how you handle your emotions during interpersonal exchanges, are some of the topics covered during this practical session.

There will be an English and French session on October 24-25, 2023. The French session will run between 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on both days and the English session will run from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on both days. This will give the participants a break and allow them to digest the content of the course. There is a maximum of 20 participants for each session.
