Description

ROEB staff participating in this live virtual workshop with the National Learning Unit will learn about the importance of conducting a learning needs analysis to discover if training is an appropriate solution for the situation. In this learner-centered workshop, delivered by experienced instructional designers, participants will develop an understanding of the steps and best practices in conducting a learning needs analysis and will explore how non-training solutions can be effective in solving workplace challenges.
