In this live virtual workshop, with learning specialists from the National Learning Unit, ROEB staff will learn about the importance of conducting a learning needs analysis to discover if training is an appropriate solution for addressing knowledge and skill gaps in the workplace. Learners will develop an understanding of the steps and best practices in conducting a learning needs analysis and will explore how non-training solutions can be effective in solving workplace challenges.
