Description

As an inspector, you have a responsibility to verify compliance with and enforce the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act (CCPSA) and the Cosmetics Regulations under the Food and Drug Act (FDA). Obstructions can be physical or non-physical and may hinder an inspector from conducting their work. This course will help you in determining when an act may be considered an obstruction under the CCPSA or the FDA and provides practical examples to illustrate cases of non-physical obstruction.
