Description

As an inspector, you have a responsibility to verify compliance with and enforce the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act (CCPSA) and the Cosmetics Regulations under the Food and Drug Act (FDA). In the process of conducting your job, situations may arise where claims are made against the Crown in negligence. This course will help you avoid actions and situations that may give rise to Crown liability.
