Description
The purpose of this document is to provide guidance to Health Canada Product Safety Inspectors in the enforcement of the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act (CCPSA)for cases involving antique and collectible products. This guidance is intended to respond to the need for targeted oversight and improve the ability of CPS to identify and respond to issues based on level of risk, where the highest risk products receive the highest enforcement priority.
