This Regulatory Decision Guide (RDG) workshop will serve to introduce the core principles for regulatory decisions and to define the elements of a well-written decision.

Applies to Who? All PMRA staff making or contributing to regulatory and policy decisions.

Applies to What? All regulatory decisions and contributions leading to regulatory decisions, made mainly pursuant to the Pest Control Products Act and Pest Control Product Regulations. Also applies to policy decisions to implement these regulations.
