Description
This self-directed eLearning course will provide ROEB inspectors and analysts with a clear understanding of the knowledge, skills, and attributes that the Minister and our ADM deem essential for all their designated employees. Learners will gain an understanding of the roles and responsibilities that come with designation and how their role supports and integrates into the Heath Canada mandate.
This course is the first in a series of five prerequisite courses for Foundations of Inspection and Regulation. The recommended order for these prerequisite courses is:
1. FS593 – Introduction to Regulatory Enforcement
2. FS632 – Building Inspector Credibility
3. FS636 – Compliance Verification Activities
4. FS631 – Understanding Inspector Powers
5. FS488 – Crown Liability in Regulatory Enforcement
This is one of the mandatory courses required for inspector and analyst designation.
